Troy Williams is an accomplished manager of industry associations and professional institutes, recognised for his ability to grow organisations, increase stakeholder participation and deliver policy outcomes

He is the CEO of the Australian Dental Industry Association, the national body representing manufacturers of healthcare equipment.. He has held other appointments including CEO of the Australian Institute of Building, a professional institute that is incorporated by Royal Charter. He has also served as Deputy Executive Director of the Fire Protection Association Australia and as CEO of the Community Titles Institute Queensland.

Troy has held directorships of the Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF) and the former Property Services Industry Training Advisory Board (PSITAB). He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
