Over nearly two decades Troy Williams has worked with not-for-profit organisations to assist them achieve their strategic goals. He has a reputation for making a positive difference and creating infrastructure that supports the organisation's development. Examples of his accomplishments include, but are not limited to:

Financial Turnaround —
Arrested financial the financial decline of both the Australian Institute of Building and the Community Titles Institute Queensland by restructuring the administration and introducing new services. In both cases the operating deficits were reversed and a surplus was recorded in each year of Troy's management.

Training & RTO Establishment
Establishing the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) at the Fire Protection Association Australia during 1999. The training provided focusses on upskilling technicians responsible for the maintenance of portable fire equipment.

Conferences & Seminars
Initiated the highly successful Construct conference for the Australian Institute of Building. First held in 2006, the conference brings together stakeholders from industry and government and was extraordinary well supported by sponsors over multiple years.

Government Licensing
When the Australian Government sought to regulate technicians installing fire alarm systems in 2000, Troy worked on behalf of industry to mitigate negative impacts by securing transitional provisions and having Fire Protection Association Australia accredited as a Registrar, able to license its members and other on behalf of the government.

Market Leadership (Envrionmental Sustainability)
In a croweded market for employment and training services, Troy Williams established a point of difference for Skill360 Australia when the organisation achieved carbon-neutral status on 1 October 2009, a decision regareded well by clients in the resources and utilities sector.
