Skill360 Australia is the nation's leading not-for-profit provider of apprenticeships and vocational training services through its Group Training Organisation (GTO) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations.

Since Troy's appointment, the organisation has sucessfully restructured itself into a truely national organisation, achieved ISO9001, ISO14001 and AS/NZS4801 certification, and achieved delivery of its employment and training services. Troy has spearheaded campaigns such as the widely acclaimed 50 Apprentices In 15 Days initiative that received national media attention.

Established in 1984, Skill360 Australia initially traded as Cairns Region Group Training (CRGT) and Troy oversaw the name change to more accurately reflect the organisation's operations throughout Queensland, across Australia and internationally.

Skill360 Australia employs approximately ninety operational staff and, through the company's group training organisation operations, employes approximately one thousand apprentices and trainees. The apprentices and trainees are placed with businesses across Australia to complete their qualifications and gain real-world experience.
